Installing Blacknut on Android TV

Many TV brands and service providers (TV box, internet) use Android TV as an operating system. Android TV is a great way of enjoying Blacknut from your sofa, with no need for any additional devices. If you use an Android TV or box, you can install Blacknut straight onto your TV via the Google Play Store.
The following brands use Android TV:

  • PHILIPS
  • TCL
  • THOMSON
  • SONY
  • TV Boxes from some other service providers are compatible with Android and provide access to the Google Play Store so that you can install Blacknut.

Check your TV instructions to make sure that it is compatible with Android TV.

Installing Blacknut through your TV

Before beginning, log in to your Google account on your Android TV.

  • Turn on your Android TV.
  • Click Start on your remote.
  • Select Apps, then Google Play Store.
  • Type "Blacknut" into the search bar, and then select “search”.
  • Select Blacknut - Cloud Gaming
  • Select Install.
    Google Play warns you that a Bluetooth controller is required to use Blacknut.
  • You can now access the app from your TV’s menu.
  • The app is now ready to use on your TV.

Installing through a connected device

  • Log in to the Google Play Store
  • Type "Blacknut" into the search bar, and then select “search”.
  • Click on Blacknut - Cloud Gaming
  • Click on Install
  • Choose your TV from the list of devices.
    If you cannot find your TV in the list, check that it is definitely paired with your Google account.
  • Click on Install.

Once Blacknut has finished installing on your Android TV, it will be available on your TV ready for you to log in and start playing.
